The luxuriously furnished apartment/penthouse has an area of 250 m2, consists of 4 bedrooms and is intended for accommodation for 8-10 people. It is on the 2nd floor of the house and extends over 2 floors. The first floor consists of an open living room with dining room and kitchen, two bedrooms, one bathroom with toilet, hallway and spacious terrace. On the second floor there are two bedrooms (one room is open space) with a bathroom with a toilet plus an additional toilet. It has a balcony with a sea view. Air conditioners are in all rooms. There is a TV with satellite receiver in the living room. The kitchen has: oven, dishwasher, induction hob, refrigerator with freezer, hood, kettle, electric. coffee machine and all necessary dishes. From the kitchen and dining room there is access to a spacious terrace with a fantastic view of Rajska plaža. Sheets and towels are included in the price. The accommodation includes a garden with a children's playground and a barbecue with gazebos. Two parking spaces are provided.

Note: Smoking in the accommodation is not allowed A deposit in the amount of EUR 500 is mandatory and is left when picking up the keys. It will be returned upon departure. Bed linen is changed every 7 days and towels every 3 days.
